Łukasz Konik, a culinary genius, a modern chef and a fabulous organizer with a flare for invention and molecular cuisine of Polish and French extractionis transfiguring the face of cuisine in Polish spas and nutrition in our physical therapyhospitals.

Łukasz Konik servesas the Head Chef in all four of our facilities. He has designed and introduced a novel catering concept to revamp nutrition in our spas and physical therapy hospitals based on handpicked produce in organic farming.
